Pier West By Bosa

Commissioned by BOSA Development to showcase exceptional condo living, House of Bohn creates a bespoke furniture, art and accessories package for the model home on the 38th floor of Pier West, located near Vancouver in New Westminster, BC.

Inspired by West Coast lifestyle that celebrates outdoor activities like hiking, forest bathing and connecting with nature, the interior design palette mixes warm wood tones such as honey oak and rich walnut, with shades of green ranging from olive, to sage, to deep forest hues. The earthy palette is layered with colorful, bold art, neon accents and accessories like coffee table books, and bright red lighting such as the dining room pendant. The juxtaposition of muted woodland tones and bright bold color results in a space that feels moody and sophisticated, while still playful and modern.

To emphasize the expansive size of this 1,400 SQFT 2-bedroom condo, House of Bohn thoughtfully introduces interior design elements such as a custom curved dining bench. The oak wood and cream boucle dining bench not only provide a unique style element, it also offers ample seating for 6 to 8, while optimizing circulation and providing easy access to the patio that highlights the incredible view from the 38th floor.

Similarly, the expansive primary bedroom is designed with a custom velvet headboard that expands from wall to wall. The headboard highlights the size of the room by extending to wrap fluted oak side tables, and providing a plush platform for a king bed. This luxurious space showcases honey-toned velvet, earthy grass cloth walls and plush green carpet. In keeping with the interior design scheme throughout the home, glossy red beside table lamps add a playful and unexpected element to the space.
