LAVAL is a townhouse and single-family heritage home development by DOMUS Homes located at Coquitlam’s historic Laval Square.

House of Bohn was commissioned to convert the two-level heritage home into a beautiful model home and presentation center for the 41-townhouse and heritage home offering. The interior design objective was to furnish, accessorize and style the model home so that it caters to a wide demographic of people, including young families who live in the desirable Coquitlam area.

The model home showcases 1,400 SQFT of open concept living, which includes the living area, kitchen and dining room. House of Bohn continues the traditional wood paneling on the main floor. The accent color here is a gorgeous sage green that sets the foundation for the neutral and earthy palette throughout the model home.

The result is a layered and cozy “suburban charm” aesthetic that’s fitting for a modern Coquitlam residential offering.
