Commissioned by BOSA Development to showcase exceptional waterfront condo living, House of Bohn created a bespoke furniture, art, and accessories package for the model home at Pier West in New Westminster, BC.

Inspired by elevated waterfront living, the interior design palette blends serene blues, rich woods, crisp whites, and subtle gold accents. This combination evokes the feeling of sailing and yacht life while maintaining a sophisticated, tailored aesthetic. Pops of color in custom furniture and carefully curated accessories add depth and interest, resulting in a space that feels both elegant and welcoming.

To emphasize the generous scale of this 1,350 SQFT 2-bedroom condo, House of Bohn introduced thoughtful design elements that highlight flow, openness, and livability. A living area layout that mirrors a full-sized home places sofas facing each other to encourage conversation and connection while maximizing the stunning waterfront views. The dining area comfortably seats eight, supporting effortless entertaining and maintaining an open, airy atmosphere.

The primary bedroom features custom cream velvet wall panels that span the length of the room, paired with a matching bed frame for a cohesive, tailored look. Curved wooden side tables add warmth and contrast, reinforcing the refined and sophisticated aesthetic throughout the home.

Every detail, from furniture placement to custom finishes, was designed to create a sense of space, comfort, and functionality without compromise.
